EAST INDIA DOCK ROAD E14 - Mopeds and E-Bikes Seizures

Dear Residents Of Lansbury, Poplar and Limehouse, 

Your Local team where out the whole day on the 29th December pulling any Illegal E-Bikes and Mopeds and asking the moped drivers to show there documents to prove they are authorised to be driving them. 

The Officers stopped many mopeds and E-bikes and got Two Mopeds seized. One for Disqualified driver so their insurance and CBT license is non-existant. and the second one was Because they Had no CBT and no insurance. 

Then the officers also seized 3 E-Bikes all for not being pedal assisted so going over 30 KPH. 

So any CBT or E-bike riders make sure you have the right documents and that your E-bike is pedal assisted and that its not over 6KPH.
